Return & Refund Policy - Falmouth Toyota of Bourne, MA
All vehicle sales are final. Due to the nature of automotive sales, new and pre-owned vehicles purchased from Falmouth Toyota are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you believe there was an error in documentation or the vehicle was not delivered as agreed upon in your purchase contract, please contact our Sales Management Team immediately at 508-759-1900 so we can review and resolve the issue.
Parts & Accessories Returns
Falmouth Toyota accepts returns on most unopened, unused Toyota Genuine Parts and Accessories within 15 days of purchase with original receipt.
- Electrical parts are not returnable.
- Special-order parts may be subject to restocking fees.
- Installed parts cannot be returned.
