Experienced Automotive Service Technician - Full Time

We're looking for a hardworking, experienced automotive service technician with at least two years of experience to join our top-rated shop.
What We Offer:
- Pay up to $40/hour based on experience
- Most techs turn 50+ flat-rate hours/week with a 40-hour guarantee
- 5-day work week + one Saturday a month
- Newly renovated, air-conditioned shop

What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of professional automotive repair experience

Customer Service Concierge - Full Time
Falmouth Toyota is looking for a friendly and dependable customer service concierge to join our busy service department.This role is focused on providing a great customer experience by safely transporting customers to and from the dealership while their vehicles are being serviced. The right candidate will be personable, professional, and comfortable spending much of the day behind the wheel.
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and drop off service customers in a safe, timely, and courteous manner
- Provide a friendly and professional experience for every customer
- Assist the service department with customer transportation needs throughout the day
- Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle
- Communicate effectively with service staff and customers regarding pickup and drop-off timing
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-focused attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Comfortable driving throughout the local area and assisting customers as needed
