Could not be happier with Falmouth Toyota!! I bought a 2002 Tacoma in February of this year (yes, i know its 2016, but it only had 42,000 miles on it and had a brand new frame and components). I love this truck. The first hot day i discovered the a/c was not working. I assumed that i would have to pay for this, given the vehicles age i just assumed there was no warranty after 90 days (like most used cars, especially used cars over 10 years old). I called and spoke with Matt, the owner, and when i asked how to go about scheduling a service appointment to get a quote to fix the a/c, i was told "just schedule a service appointment to have it fixed. Its under warranty and we'll be happy to take care of it. Do you have any other issues you'd like us to check out when you bring it in?" And here we are, almost EXACTLY 24 hours later, and I'm now driving around with a/c again. THANK YOU FALMOUTH TOYOTA!!!
